90-Day Limited Warranty for Used Laptops and Accessories

All products are used-refurbished, unless otherwise noted.

The warranty period is 90 days, beginning on the date of
shipment of your purchase.

This warranty excludes damage caused by abuse (accidental or
otherwise), improper electrical connections such as
non-grounded electrical plugs, adapters for European-style
plugs,
and problems caused by use of parts and components not
supplied by IndyLaptops.

IndyLaptops is not responsible for any data loss due to
equipment failure, media failure, customer negligence,
virus, Spyware, or Malware infections. It is your
responsibility to have a scheduled Data Back-up Plan in
place.

This warranty does not cover virus, Spyware and/or Malware
infections. These types of infections are only possible via
exposure to external sources such as internet use, email
messages, software installations, external storage devices,
etc.

The determination of fitness for warranty repair or cause of
failure is the sole discretion of IndyLaptops.

If warranty service is required, you will be issued a
Warranty Authorization Number (WAN). Simply send the laptop
to IndyLaptops in the original or comparable packaging with
the Warranty Authorization Number clearly marked on at least
2 sides of the package. We strongly recommend you insure the
package for the purchase price of the laptop.

IndyLaptops will return the repaired or replacement
product(s) to you at our expense on approved warranty items.

Typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days from receipt of
the product for service.

1-888-694-3150, or for drop-off service in the Indianapolis
area, call 1-317-844-9495.
ATTENTION: Before shipping the laptop to IndyLaptops for
service, be sure to back up any critical data on the hard-disk
drive(s) and any other storage device in the laptop. Data loss
is not covered under this warranty.
We may use new, used, or reconditioned parts at our discretion
in performing warranty repairs or configuring replacement
products. If IndyLaptops repairs or replaces a product, its
warranty period is not extended from the original invoice date.
Any unauthorized Warranty Authorization Number will not be
accepted and will be returned/refused to the sender at his/her
expense.
We're committed to working with our customers to process all warranty
repairs in
a timely and courteous manner.
