FAQ: Computer Recycling
Q: Is there a limit to how much I can bring?
A: For households, there is no limit! If you are a business, school, or MSP with bulk equipment (10+ units), please visit our commercial processing website, Technology Lifecycle Solutions. We offer free on-site office pickups for local businesses and organizations.
Q: Is my Data Safe?
A: We prefer to remove the data drive and give it to you. This can be helpful if you would ever need a file that you forgot to backup. If you do not want to keep the drive, we offer a courtesy physical destruction service before the scraps are sent to our certified e-waste processors.
Q: Do you really recycle it, or does it go in the trash? A: We adhere to strict "No Landfill" policies. Usable parts are harvested to repair other machines (reducing waste), and unusable metals and plastics are sent to certified e-waste processors.
Q: Can I recycle a computer that has a swollen battery?
A: Yes, but please alert our technician immediately upon arrival so we can handle it safely.
