What We Transfer vs. What We Don't
To ensure your new computer runs smoothly, it is important to understand the difference between Data and Programs.

✅ WE TRANSFER (User Data): We move all the files you have created or saved. This includes your Pictures, Music, Videos, Word/Excel Documents, PDFs, and Email Storage Files.

❌ WE DO NOT TRANSFER (Installed Software): We cannot "copy and paste" installed software because it must register with the new operating system to function correctly.

You will need to reinstall programs such as Microsoft Office, iTunes, QuickBooks, Photoshop, or Anti-Virus software on your new machine.
